Joshua drops a report in. Conversational AI points out what could be incorrect.
If your team reviews reports, this is how Joshua at CTI set up conversational AI to review his, without setting it up again for each one.
Outcome: He drops a report in, and it points out what could be incorrect. He doesn't have to set it up again for each report.
“…it's been pretty smooth seems pretty intuitive using it.”
The job
Joshua reviews reports.
Joshua reviews reports at CTI. In his words, he makes sure "it all looks right as far as punctuation and editing and stuff."
What he set up
He set up conversational AI to review them.
After a B43 training, Joshua set up conversational AI with an outline of what he wants it to do. Now he just drops a report in. It reads through it, checks the before and after numbers and the punctuation, and points out what could be incorrect.
What changed
He doesn't have to set it up again for each report.
In his words, it's been "pretty nice not having to create it each time you know that want to look at a report." He shared it on a B43 coaching call, and when asked about friction, said it's been pretty smooth. No time saving was reported.
