    A B43 FDE (Forward-Deployed Engineer) is a hands-on partner who works alongside your team to turn real processes into workflows inside your approved AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.

    The queue takes unlimited requests. B43 works on one active request at a time, in the order of your priorities, with async implementation support and virtual working sessions when useful.

    A request is any discrete piece of AI work: building or improving a workflow, creating or fixing a Skill, developing a prompt, or working through an implementation question.

    Turnaround starts when a request becomes the active one. Turnaround times are targets, not guaranteed service levels.

    Unlimited FDE is for active implementation work. When the workload decreases, you can move to Maintenance from the next billing period.

    New workflow work may mean moving back to Unlimited FDE. No new proposal needed: written confirmation is enough.

Why is the sprint price behind an email?

So it arrives with what it includes. A name and email opens it right away, or we share it on a 30-minute call. We use your email to follow up about B43, nothing else.

What happens after the sprint?

Nothing continues automatically. Day 15 ends with a final measurement and a leadership summary with recommended next steps. Unlimited FDE and Maintenance only begin if you choose them.

How does billing work?

Unlimited FDE is billed monthly in advance, at the same fee month-to-month or for 3 or 12 months. Month-to-month can stop before the next billing period. The 3 and 12-month terms do not auto-renew.

What isn't included?

Unless agreed separately: your team's AI subscriptions, custom software (websites, apps, APIs, databases), on-site work or travel, 24/7 or on-call support, more than one active request at a time, and legal, compliance, or security review.

Is B43 free for non-profits?

Yes. B43 is free for qualifying non-profits. Ask on the call and we'll tell you whether yours qualifies.
