Unscary AI is an iPhone app made by B43 that helps you build real, practical AI skills a few minutes at a time. This page is where you get help with the app.

The fastest way to reach us is email. Write to support@b43.ai and a real person will reply, usually within one business day.

For anything at all, email support@b43.ai. Questions, bug reports, feedback, and feature requests are all welcome, and we read every message. We aim to reply within one business day, and always within two.

For questions about your personal information, you can also write to privacy@b43.ai. Both inboxes reach the same small team.

Common questions

  • I can't sign in. Make sure you are using the same method you signed up with: Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or your email and password. If you still cannot get in, email support@b43.ai and we will sort it out.
  • How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Purchases are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel.
  • How do I get a refund? Refunds are also handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you get stuck, email us and we will point you in the right direction.
  • How do I delete my account? You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, or by emailing support@b43.ai from the address on your account. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
  • What do you do with my data? Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the app needs to work, and we never sell your information.

Reporting a bug

If something in the app is broken or behaving oddly, email support@b43.ai and include what you can from this list. It helps us find and fix the problem faster:

  • What you were doing when the problem happened, and what you expected instead.
  • Your iPhone model and iOS version.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can grab one.

You do not need all of it. A short note is better than no note.
