- We're just not sure where to start.
- You don't need a plan to book. The sprint starts with a baseline on Day 0, so you begin from a real picture of where your team stands, not a guess. The call shows you where your team sits on the four stages: Recognize, Try, Standardize, Automate.
- Is this a sales pitch?
- Partly, and we'll say so. It's 30 minutes with Bryce about whether B43 fits your team, so we'll talk about what we offer. You'll also see where your team stands and how B43 would help, and you decide from there with no commitment.
- Do we need AI experience to start?
- No. If your team can describe the work, they can build the workflow, in a live session on a task they already repeat. What you do need is an active Claude, ChatGPT, or other frontier model subscription for each participant.
- We're only allowed one approved tool.
- That doesn't rule you out: it's where we work. B43 works inside the AI platforms you've already approved, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. It's a training program, not another tool, and what we teach carries across platforms, so you're never locked to one vendor.
- What about our data and compliance?
- We use your information only within the tools and workflows approved for the engagement. You keep ownership of your data, confidential information, and internal processes. We start from what is safe for your data and compliance, then bring AI in without breaking what already works. B43 does not do legal, regulatory, compliance, or cybersecurity review or approval: that stays with your own reviewers.
- How long does it take?
- The sprint runs 15 days, with one 2-hour live training on Day 5. Office hours follow on Days 10 and 15, with progress measured on Days 0, 10, and 15. A 30-day sprint option is available for teams that need more time between sessions. Nothing continues automatically after the sprint; if you want to keep going, Unlimited FDE (Forward-Deployed Engineer) can run month-to-month.
- How much does it cost?
