What a 15-day AI Adoption Sprint is, and what it is not

Most teams don't have an AI tool problem. They have an adoption problem. Here is what the sprint does about it, phase by phase, what the team gets, what it leaves out, and what comes after.

What it is, and what it is not

The sprint is 15 days for one team of up to 12 people, designed to increase practical AI usage across the team, not just awareness. It combines baseline measurement, targeted gap analysis, one live virtual training session, office hours, and ongoing support through the B43 App.

It is not another tool. B43 is a training program, and it unlocks your team to create their own AI workflows, in the way they already work. The sprint runs inside the AI tools your team uses, whether or not you have rolled them out yet. It is not a one-day workshop either. A one-time workshop fades within a month, so the training sits between measurement before it and reinforcement after it.

The problem it is built for is a confidence gap, not a knowledge gap. A few people race ahead, everyone else quietly feels behind, and the expensive new tools sit half used. The objective is a shared foundation for using AI in day-to-day work, more confidence and consistency, and measurable progress in adoption over the 15 days.

Training creates momentum. Reinforcement makes it stick. Measurement shows whether it's working.

Day 0 to Day 15, phase by phase

  1. Phase 1

    Baseline and diagnosis

    Day 0
Baseline measurement against the B43 Adoption Framework
    Days 3-5
    Gap analysis and leadership readout

B43 assesses current adoption patterns, identifies capability gaps, and gives leadership an initial readout: where the team is today, where adoption is breaking down, and where focused enablement will have the highest impact.

  2. Phase 2

    Team training

    Day 5
One live 2-hour virtual training session

Practical application of Conversational AI: the foundations, how to choose the right tool for the task, how to structure inputs, how to evaluate outputs, and how to apply AI to real work scenarios.

  3. Phase 3

    Reinforcement and progress measurement

    Day 10
    Office hours and progress measurement
    Day 15
Final office hours, final measurement, and leadership summary

Scheduled office hours answer live questions and support real workflows, and progress is re-measured at each checkpoint. The sprint ends with a final leadership summary: progress, observations, and recommended next steps.

Throughout the 15 days, the team has the B43 App + Async Support: in-flow support, practical tools, and guidance between live sessions. Participants can submit questions, with a 48-hour response target.

What the team gets

  • Baseline measurement against the B43 Adoption Framework

  • A gap analysis of the team's current adoption patterns

  • An initial leadership readout with findings and recommendations

  • One 2-hour virtual training session for the team

  • Office hours at Day 10 and Day 15

  • Progress measurement checkpoints during the sprint

  • A final measurement and leadership summary at the end of the 15 days

  • Access to the B43 App, and async support for questions in the flow of work

  • Reusable enablement materials, which may include prompt templates, shared custom skills, and examples tied to the team's own workflows

The team walks away with visibility, shared language, practical first workflows, and a clearer sense of where AI fits next.

What it leaves out, and what we ask of you

The sprint is deliberately contained. Unless separately agreed, it does not include:

  • Individual coaching outside the scheduled office hours

  • Office hours beyond Day 10 and Day 15

  • Additional teams beyond the one team of up to 12 people

  • Custom deliverables not listed above

  • Support after the 15 days

What we ask of you: one point of contact for scheduling, participants who join the live sessions ready to engage (on camera when possible), an active subscription to Claude, ChatGPT, or another frontier model provider for everyone taking part, and follow-through between sessions. No AI experience is needed to start.

What comes after

Fifteen days to get moving. Monthly after that, if it's working. Teams that want to keep going move to Unlimited FDE, then to Maintenance once things stabilize. Moving between the two takes written confirmation, not a new proposal.

  • Unlimited FDE. Ongoing AI workflow development and implementation support. FDE stands for Forward-Deployed Engineer: a hands-on AI implementation partner who works alongside your team to turn real business processes into practical workflows inside your approved AI platforms, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot. You can submit an unlimited number of requests to the queue, and B43 works on one active request at a time based on your priorities: Submit, Prioritize, Build, Repeat. You choose the target turnaround: 72-Hour, 48-Hour, or 24-Hour Support. It is not unlimited custom software development. The work happens inside those platforms, using their native capabilities, including Skills, GPTs, agents, and Projects.

  • Maintenance. For when the active workload decreases. Maintenance covers reasonable updates, troubleshooting, and adjustments to workflows previously built with B43. New workflow development may mean moving back to Unlimited FDE.

A 30-day sprint option is available for teams that need more time between sessions. The program page shows the whole program; the prices open with a name and email, or on a 30-minute call. See the program →
