CTI's team left one training with two working skills.

Teams ask us what people actually come away with. CTI had a few power users, and others who had only just opened conversational AI. Here's what they built together.

Outcome: Two skills built in one session: one makes labels from database rows, one plans restocks.

12 people, one live AI training: what the CTI team built1:02

Before

A few power users, and everyone else.

12 people at CTI. A few were power users. Others had only just opened it. They needed one starting point that worked for both.

What they did

One live training, on their own work.

In one live B43 training, the team brainstormed jobs for AI, picked the easiest, and gave it a real project. Groups built skills in the session.

What changed

Two skills, built in the room.

One group built a skill that turns database rows into labels. Their estimate: 45 minutes a run, about 30 runs a week. Maybe generous, but a real pain point. Another group built a skill that plans inventory restocks.

What's next

Where it goes from here.

Both skills came out of one session. How they hold up on real weekly work, and what they save, is not in this story yet.

12 people at CTI. A few power users. Others had just opened conversational AI. They didn't know what they'd build. Just curious minds, great attitudes. So they sat down together for one live training. In one live training. Step 1: Brainstorm, then pick the easiest. Step 2: Give it a project. Step 3: Turn the work into a skill. Step 4: Run it. Fix it. Update it. One group built a skill that turns database rows into labels. Rows in. Print-ready labels out. Their estimate, per run: 45 min. 30 times a week. Maybe generous, but a real pain point. Another built one that plans inventory restocks. What would your team build?
