One typed line now adds a task, categorizes it and sets its status.
If your task list mixes big projects with small stuff, this is how Sarah at AIM Recycling moved hers off sticky notes and into a custom dashboard.
Outcome: A working custom task dashboard: one typed line adds the task, categorizes it and sets its status.
“It literally adds it, categorizes it, puts the status without me having to do anything, it's the best.”
Before
Big projects and small stuff, on sticky notes.
Sarah has always struggled with a task list. Hers mixes very big projects with very small stuff, like responding to a sponsorship request. She kept track with sticky notes and things jotted down from emails.
What she built
Conversational AI built her a custom task dashboard.
She went back and forth with conversational AI. She connected it to Notion, an app she had never really used, and had it build her a custom dashboard for tracking her tasks. Now, at any point, she can just type, "Add this to my task list in Notion."
What changed
Each task lands categorized, with a status.
It adds the task, categorizes it and sets the status without her having to do anything. She says the dashboard has changed her productivity, and she told the group about it on a B43 coaching call. Then she showed how she gives AI context: two files that tell conversational AI who she is and how she works.
What's next
A Friday check for anything left off her list.
She also set a check to run each Friday, to compare her emails and meeting notes from the week with her task list and ask about anything she hasn't captured.
